A great find here 
An office 2007 Add-in that gives the user interface from the 2003 Office products.
Commercial users should make a payment to the company who created it - although this is not enforced.

Print to PDF in Office 2007

Office 2007 doesn’t allow you to save as a PDF as standard 
Fortunatly a free MS download later and you will be up and running
